What is ADHD like on a daily basis

Have you ever seen a friend, family member, or even yourself struggling in school, jobs, conversation, or even normal daily routines. You may not know but they could be struggling with ADHD, this mental illness can effect school work, social life, which makes it hard to learn or do normal activities, or even having a conversation. There are many things that can help with ADHD.

What are some items or things that help with ADHD

The number one thing that people think of is Medication which is not always the answer. Some people have issues with Medication that can effect them. Which might make you wonder, well what other solutions are there. From research that I conducted I have found that fidget toys that focus on tactile stimulation provide a great energy release. Even Meditation can help because it thickens your prefrontal cortex, a part of your brain that's involved in focus, planning, and impulse control. Things like sensory toys brushes and even gum or chewing necklaces and bracelets can help with ADHD.

What are someways to help young teens and children with ADHD

There are a lot of teens going from ages 12–17 years struggle with ADHD which is about 3.3 million (13%). Then young children from age 2-11 also struggle with ADHD which is about More than 9.4 percent of children (6.1 million).(% is not to current accuracy) Someways to help with ADHD for teens, kids going to school are Sit in the front of the class to limit distraction, Turn off your phone when doing homework, Use tools that help you stay organized, Get plenty of exercise, Take activity breaks, Learn to meditate, Pay attention to all the good things about you.
